SMS Terms and Conditions

Program description

CPS Control Hub sends low-volume transactional and operational SMS notifications to customers, employees, contractors, and managers who voluntarily enroll. Messages may include job assignments, schedule and appointment reminders, service status updates, completion notices, and support-related account notifications.

Enrollment and consent

Authorized account holders may enroll by signing into CPS Control Hub, opening the Alert Center, selecting Preferences, entering a mobile number, and checking the separate Text alerts consent box. The box is unchecked by default.

A unit or district manager who does not need a portal account may also enroll as a location-specific alert contact by directly providing a mobile number and giving permission after a Commercial Pro Services contractor presents the same recurring-message disclosure. Consent is recorded before the alert contact is saved. Alert-only contacts receive service scheduling and status notices but do not receive portal access or approval authority.

Consent is not a condition of purchase, employment, or access to CPS Control Hub. You confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number you provide. See the public SMS enrollment instructions.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your activity, job assignments, schedule changes, and selected notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Commercial Pro Services LLC does not charge a separate fee for SMS enrollment.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also turn off Text alerts in the Alert Center. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request.

Supported carriers and delivery

SMS delivery is subject to wireless network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The CPS Control Hub messaging number is (513) 822-5429.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Review the CPS Control Hub Privacy Policy for details.

Changes and general terms

We may change or discontinue the messaging program and may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued enrollment after an update means the revised SMS terms apply. These terms are governed by applicable law, including the laws of Kentucky where not preempted by federal law.
