Information we collect

Depending on how you use CPS Control Hub, we may collect:

• Account details such as name, email address, role, and password credentials managed by our authentication provider.
• Contact information such as business address and mobile phone number.
• Operational records such as jobs, schedules, locations, service notes, quotes, invoices, receipts, mileage, and notification preferences.
• Technical information needed for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation of the service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve CPS Control Hub.
• Authenticate users and apply role-based access controls.
• Coordinate jobs, schedules, customer service, billing, and business operations.
• Deliver in-app, email, or SMS notifications that a user has selected.
• Detect misuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect our users and business.

SMS and mobile information

SMS enrollment is voluntary and is off by default. Users who choose SMS alerts may receive recurring operational messages about jobs, schedules, appointments, service status, completion notices, and account activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and opt-in records are used only to operate the CPS Control Hub messaging program and support the user. We do not sell, rent, or share that information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to host CPS Control Hub, authenticate users, store data, send email, and deliver SMS messages. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us and are not authorized to use mobile opt-in data for their own marketing.

We may disclose other information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices

• Change email, in-app, and SMS preferences in the Alert Center.
• Reply STOP to any CPS Control Hub text to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for messaging help.
• Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Children, changes, and contact

CPS Control Hub is a business operations service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date on this page.
