SMS Enrollment

Authorized CPS Control Hub users and location-specific service contacts choose whether to receive operational text alerts. SMS is optional and disabled by default.

Authorized account enrollment

Sign in to CPS Control Hub with your authorized account.
Use the optional enrollment prompt, or open the bell icon and choose Preferences.
Enter your mobile number and check the separate voluntary Text alerts box, which is unchecked by default.
Save the selection. Choosing Not now does not affect portal access or CPS services.

Location-specific service contacts receive a secure invitation by email. The contact reviews this disclosure and personally confirms or declines SMS enrollment. CPS cannot enable SMS on another person's behalf.
